Lead Preschool Teacher

Create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans
Manage classroom routines and create a warm, nurturing environment
Communicate with families and mentor assistant teachers

Assistant Teacher

Support classroom activities and daily transitions
Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning
Contribute to a positive and joyful learning space

Floater/Substitute

Fill in across classrooms as needed
Assist with transitions, breaks, and classroom support
Be adaptable, dependable, and kind-hearted

Aftercare & Enrichment Support

Lead or assist activities during aftercare (2:00 PM - 5:30 PM)
Plan fun, hands-on enrichment opportunities
Help with snack, outdoor play, and group time
